We are back with the WiiSpot podcast, and this one is a special one. This is the first live video show that Edgar and I have done! While recording the podcast we were live on cam at Stickam and had a small group of listeners watching and listening live while we recorded. It was awesome being able to interact live with all of you that made it, and will be sure to do this again… with more warning next time So thanks to cyko95, Gamermasterman, RossA, GinoBaby for joining us and putting up with my repeated closing of the chat room *doh*

In this episode we chat at length about Wii Fit and how much we are digging it. Wii Fit isn’t the only thing in this episode though, we chat about some other uses for the balance boards, talk about a very mature game, briefly cover the new homebrew channel that was hacked up and even have enough time to cover some listener email! We hope you dig it, and moreso hope that you can join us for our next live show!

Ugh. I love doing this show with Edgar; we get along, have similar tastes, and mesh well. Sadly we live about 3,400 KM/2,100 Mi from each other. This means that we have to do the show over the interweb. When we have schedules as hectic as we currently do, this is a VERY hard exercise. We are fighting to get through July as things should calm down in August, but wanted to say that we are very sorry for the repeated delays. We don’t want to miss shows, but we can’t help it currently.

Any ways, we are back and have a great hour long show for you. In this episode we talk about some older news that happened during our hiatus, mention some exclusive games that have been announced, talk about Wii development, and get into a big debate over game ratings. Fun times and should give you all about an hour of Wii goodness.

Things are still crazy, but we will do our best to get a show out atleast every couple of weeks. Please bear with us, it’s going to get better

<itunes:summary>Ugh. We don't want to miss shows, but we can't help it currently.

Please bear with us, it's going to get better :)

We love to hear from you, so send in your questions and 60 second reviews! Enjoy this week's podcast, talk to you guys soon!

In this episode of the WiiSpot.com podcast we talk about how Nintendo large is ruling the gaming roost right now, Nights, some great Wii browser formatted content, and end things off with a heated Guitar Hero II rant.

WiiSpot Podcast Episode #006 is here for your listening pleasure. It’s taken a while, but Edgar and I have worked through our kinks and scheduling problems. We hope this episode was worth the wait!

You can call this the GDC special edition as we spend most of our time talking about it. In the hour long episode we chat about some of the new games coming out, and what was talked about at GDC; we rant a bit about a rant.. bleeps are out in full force! We also chat about some of the non Nintendo announcements at GDC… even though we have just a few stories to talk about, this episode weighs in at just over an hour!

So enjoy, and stay tuned for episode #7 coming soon.

<itunes:summary>WiiSpot Podcast Episode #006 is here for your listening pleasure. It's taken a while, but Edgar and I have worked through our kinks and scheduling problems. We hope this episode was worth the wait!

You can call this the GDC special edition as we spend most of our time talking about it. In the hour long episode we chat about some of the new games coming out, and what was talked about at GDC; we rant a bit about a rant.. bleeps are out in full force! We also chat about some of the non Nintendo announcements at GDC... even though we have just a few stories to talk about, this episode weighs in at just over an hour!

So enjoy, and stay tuned for episode #7 coming soon.

Welcome to the WiiSpot Podcast Episode #1. We had a huge pile of feedback on our Genesis episode, and want to thank each and everyone of you for writing in.

This being the first REAL episode we decided to take the time to chat about all the games we have played on the Wii, and offer up our thoughts. Please excuse the crackling that appears throughout the episode. We had some recording difficulties, and decided that we would edit it the best we could instead of scrapping the recording.

I’ve received numerous questions from people asking how they can subscribe to this podcast. While we aren’t in iTunes yet, you can always subscribe directly via the following url: http://wiispot.com/podcastfeed/

We decided that the Wii is interesting enough to warrant its own podcast, and thought that releasing this as the “genesis” would be a great idea. Enjoy! Oh, and don’t mind the strange predictions that we had.. no the Weather Channel doesn’t have Miis giving us the weather. It should though!

Take care and watch out for The WiiSpot.com Podcast Episode #1 soon!
